CDI Seals and EGC Plastics technical capabilities, world class engineering and manufacturing facilities have been providing the Medical industry with solutions to meet the rigorous demands required within the industry. Engineered plastic components are custom manufactured to meet design principles of bioprocess and medical device OEMs. At CDI Seals and EGC Plastics our products are comprised solely of polymeric materials that are a good fit in environments requiring sterilization as well as in areas where cryogenic or elevated temperature conditions exist. Plastic components can be made disposable to reduce cross contamination in the process for which they are being used. Plastic can replace metal in many applications, and plastics parts designs can create a high degree of functional integration to reduce the number of components required in the overall equipment design. At CDI Seals and EGC Plastics, we understand how critical collaboration can be in product development and for a successful product result. Volume production of the product is the goal of our development process. Prototype results are duplicated in the final manufacturing process each product produced.
