CDI Seals and EGC Plastics’ combination of materials and seal configurations is efficiently used to manage variations in temperature, pressure, and media. CNC machining and SPC manufacturing ensure a consistently superior seal for the wide spectrum of applications found in Industrial and Consumer processes.

Our Seals are designed to utilize system pressure for improved sealing performance. Under low system pressure (less than 200 psi) the metallic spring or elastomer energizers provide the primary sealing load requirements. The compressive force of the energizers enables the seal jacket or ring to respond to variable application conditions of temperature, hardware misalignment, eccentricity and material dimensional changes engendered from dynamic wear.
