Products comprised solely of polymeric materials are a good fit in highly corrosive environments as well as in areas where cryogenic or elevated temperature conditions exist. Using internal lubricants in the polymer in its pre-processed state can eliminate the need to smear final components with contaminating oils during the wafer manufacturing process.
