Ram Extrusion for PTFE and UHMW – Our ram extrusion equipment produces a wide variety of rod and tubing ranging from 1/4" (6.4 mm) up to 5" (127 mm) diameter.

Melt Extrusion for High Performance Thermoplastics – Rod and tubing can be produced up to 1 1/2" (38 mm) outer diameter and profiles are available on a custom basis.

Automatic/Net Molding for PTFE – Our high production automatic presses are geared for high volume production of PTFE components. Capacity of presses is up to 60 tons, with a range of 1" (25 mm) to 4" (102 mm) outer diameter.
